We ate here on our first night in Tangalle and had absolutely delicious food. The portions are huge - unnecessarily so, in my opinion - I hate to leave half of a delicious dish, but really very tasty. I would especially recommend the salmon on traditional chopped bread (I can’t remember what it’s called) as it was especially excellent. We also tried the curry ice cream, which was a bonus that came with the main course I ordered. I wouldn’t have thought to try it but it was excellent. All in all a great first meal, though be prepared to pay central London prices!

We booked the teppanyaki table at The Verala. From the beginning to the end chef Asanka Sampath did such an amazing job. While he was cocking a very nice dinner he was also doing an acrobatic show. He also invited our kids into his kitchen to join the show. We had a great night and our kids loved the show. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks Asanka!
